Mindfulness ✪
To be conscious or aware of something
Another wonderful James Clear prompt to reflect on "when presented with an opportunity, do you have a bias toward action or do you postpone decisions?"
Mentionable ✪
Refer to something briefly without going into detail. Important or noteworthy, memorable
I'm sure we've all heard about the studies about how taking a 2-30 minute walk after eating helps improve our blood sugar regulation and digestion by sending the sugar from our food into our cells which helps with processes like building our muscles.
Here's another take that may be a better fit if going for a walk is not an option: 1 minute of body weight squats after eating to have similar effects as a longer walk. I'm putting this to the test and it's ~33 squats for me. Try this for a week after your meals and see if it helps your sleep and feeling better instead of blah after eating.
Motivation ✪
Meant to inspire: being mentally stimulated to do or feel something
