Meet Monique

Lifelong athlete, coach, & learner.

As an athlete, I may not be the fastest or strongest, but I’m training to stay in the game, outlast my competition while keeping longevity and vitality top of mind.

In pursuit of my passions, I always knew I’d be a lifelong learner studying exercise science and wellness. I earned my degree in Kinesiology with specializations in Health and Human Performance. Since graduating, I worked at multiple athlete performance training facilities coaching athletes of all calibers from kids to average adults and professional athletes. I continue my education daily learning as much as I can from experts in the field, training athletes in person, and getting my CSCS.

I always tell my athletes that the only secret is consistency. The muscles will come, the weight will come off, you’ll get stronger and lift more, you’ll drop times in your races, the list goes on. Whether you want to podium or just to play, with Making Momentum, I want millennials to actually enjoy the process and trust that in the training for long game your athletic prime doesn’t have to be in the past, but in the future ahead.
