Mindfulness ✪

To be conscious or aware of something

Next on the personal vision, mission, & values statements quest is crafting a mission statement from your vision statement.

From your big picture vision statement, we can then make the mission statement which is the action statement or the "roadmap" of how you'll achieve the vision statement.

Questions to consider: what are things I do day to day to help me reach that big picture I have for myself?

Mentionable ✪

Refer to something briefly without going into detail. Important or noteworthy, memorable

I started my spring cleaning back in February and I am really working on finally becoming a minimalist. I saw this simple post on Substack and the caption is my new mantra: "in for 2025: owning just one of everything you love, use often, and enjoy. luxury in minimalism & simplicity".

As I mentioned in January I'm working on an abundance mindset. In my lack/scarcity mindset I found a tendency to hoard things "just in case". After going through my products to keeping only the things I "love, use often, and enjoy" I was shocked at how I did in fact feel more 'luxury in minimalism & simplicity'. Ever since, I've been trying to get myself to do more decluttering more often and really thinking through overbuying and over-consuming free stuff.

Something to keep in mind with your spring cleaning.

Motivation ✪

Meant to inspire: being mentally stimulated to do or feel something

Maybe not motivational, but something to consider:

"It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment." — James Clear
