Can anyone else believe April is in our midst? We’ve got until Saturday, but take a moment to reflect on March.

Spring break month is coming to a close and maybe that vacation illness caught ya or maybe you just got some spring time sniffles. Per the Mayo Clinic, this is the rule of thumb when to not work out when you're sick.

Okay to Workout - when symptoms are “above the neck,” such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, and minor sore throat.

Skip your Workout - when symptoms are "below the neck," such as chest congestion, a hacking cough, upset stomach, fever, fatigue, muscle aches, or you’re contagious.
