★ Increase your water intake and slow down your eating by sipping between bites
★ Aim for 30 g of fiber daily
★ Up your protein intake & aim for 100 g of protein per day
★ Start a probiotic or multivitamin
★ Make your meals more colorful so you’re getting more variety. Aim for 3+ colors on your plate every meal
