Increase your water intake and slow down your eating by sipping between bites

Aim for 30 g of fiber daily

Up your protein intake & aim for 100 g of protein per day

Start a probiotic or multivitamin

Make your meals more colorful so you’re getting more variety. Aim for 3+ colors on your plate every meal
