Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Monique! I’m an athlete performance coach with a degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance and soon to be Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I train adult athletes every day at a sport performance facility in Texas and I wanted to make my program available, remotely, to help more millennials get their athleticism back in their 30s and beyond.
I’m not a pro athlete. I’m a millennial chasing peak athleticism — and showing you what’s possible when you stay locked into your goals and consistently show up. This program is my blueprint for becoming stronger, more capable, and more resilient — and it’s built for people who want the same.
